From legacy to IT
A 300-person Manufacturer in Central New England had fewer than 10 nodes in each of its nine locations, all connected by a low-end, expensive private line network. Management and information systems managers asked for help migrating critical applications to an information technology environment from a legacy environment.

Managing congestion before it arises
RTM worked closely with the MIS staff to convert them to a current wide area network from a private line network. This did more than raise network efficiency. It also made possible 7x24 network monitoring capability. This means the client, along with RTM, can predict when and where congestion may occur and manage the situation before users are effected!

From legacy technology to Windows Server System
The RTM solution allowed the manufacturer to migrate from a legacy environment to a fully integrated Windows and Exchange environment - with all the applications and efficiencies it provides - in less than six months!
